A recent study shone a light-weight on the harassment of wrestlers online, with WWE’s Natalya being one talent who receives a considerable amount of hate.
In a recent interview with the Toronto Sun, Natalya spoke in regards to the study and her response upon learning she was on the list. She said,
“I used to be number 15, together with Nikki Bella, for people being harassed online. And it’s funny because I used to be like, rattling, individuals are talking about me, what I mean?
“Even in the event that they’re saying negative things or they’re saying things which are mainly harassment—I get it. I feel all of us who’re in the general public eye are subject to being harassed. There’s all the time going to be any individual who doesn’t such as you, or any individual who’s jealous of you, or unhappy with you, or simply doesn’t agree with what you’re doing.
“But what I’ve learned over time is that whether it’s good or bad, individuals are talking about us. And meaning they’re engaged.”
The list was topped by Charlotte Flair, who receives more hate than another wrestler, while Nia Jax got here in second place.
Rounding out the highest 5 were AEW TBS Champion Mercedes Mone, Saraya, and Nixon Newell (fka Tegan Nox in WWE.)
