Sofia Vergara Reveals What Matters Most Amid Tom Brady Rumors

Amid swirling rumors of a blossoming romance with NFL legend Tom Brady, the Colombian star has finally opened up about what lies ahead.

Vergara, fresh off celebrating her 53rd birthday in sun-soaked Sardinia, is embracing the fun of summer while brushing off the whirlwind of speculation round her love life.

Photos of the “Modern Family” alum cozied as much as Tom Brady on a luxury yacht in Ibiza had fans buzzing a few potential romance.

Sources confirmed to the Every day Mail that the pair were spotted “getting flirty,” with Brady even requesting to “switch seats to sit down next to her at dinner.”

Despite the gossip mill, a source revealed that Brady “will not be searching for a relationship. He’s not trying to be settled down without delay. He wants to only have a good time.”

While Tom, 47, enjoys the liberty of single life post-divorce from Gisele Bündchen, Vergara appears unbothered and unfazed.

In an exclusive interview with the Every day Mail, Sofia Vergara explained why she’s now not apologizing for taking break day from her high-octane Hollywood profession.

“I believe I’m improving at taking my break day,” she said. “I believe I even have worked hard enough my whole life that I’m finally starting to let myself enjoy my vacations and say I’m taking break day.”

For somebody as in-demand as Vergara, currently a judge on “America’s Got Talent,” slowing down doesn’t come easy.

“As actors you are so scared to take time away in case you miss your moment. But it surely’s tough,” she admitted.

Still, she’s determined to relish the liberty. She said, “I’m going to take that break day I used to be talking about! And hang around with Amore!”

Amore, her beloved Chihuahua, is just considered one of her companions during these precious downtime moments.

Vergara is all about striking a balance between the private and skilled, and he or she’s not shy about making room for each.

She plans to spend quality time together with her son Manolo, 33, with whom she launched a Latin-inspired culinary brand called TOMA.

The mother-son duo recently partnered with Sam Nazarian’s Everybody Eats platform, bringing their vibrant flavors to almost 1,000 Walmart stores nationwide.

“We love Walmart! And we love being a part of the Walmart family,” Vergara said enthusiastically. “Sofia Jeans being there for therefore a few years now, launching TOMA there felt so right. It was like launching at home. They’ve been very supportive.”

Manolo echoed his mom’s passion, saying, “I even have at all times loved cooking, so I feel like I get to only have a good time all day, it’s excellent. This has been really ideal because we each stay in our area—I do the food; she does the eating. It’s symbiotic.”

Vergara playfully added, “I eat whatever they put in front of me. I do not cook. And [love] cakes… I do not know what any ingredients are.”

Fans were treated to a rare peek inside Vergara’s elegant 53rd birthday celebration via Instagram, where she posted a series of dreamy shots from Sardinia.

“Loved my bday last night with my favorite people,” she captioned one set of images, dazzling in a floral print dress.

Amongst the gang was her rumored recent flame, 39-year-old entrepreneur Doug Chabbott, who has been spotted with Vergara multiple times in recent months.

On Thursday, she even reposted his selfie of them together, captioned “completely happy birthday,” with a white heart emoji.

The 2 have reportedly shared PDA-filled moments across Europe, from holding hands in Cannes to Chabbott lifting and kissing Vergara on the cheek in Rome.

Still, Vergara has not confirmed their relationship publicly and appears to be taking love at her own pace.

If Vergara has learned anything from her high-profile marriage to Joe Manganiello, which led to divorce in 2024, it’s what she doesn’t want in her next relationship.

In a refreshingly honest interview on the “Today” show, she stated, “I need to say the essential stuff, like health and any individual that loves me. And any individual tall, handsome.”

Nevertheless, there’s more to the checklist.

“I need any individual that has as much money as me or more, because if not, it is a nightmare. They find yourself resenting you,” she added bluntly.

Reflecting on life post-divorce, Vergara confessed, “I have been single now for a 12 months and a half, and I type of panicked once I got divorced. I used to be like, ‘I’m 52, what’s gonna occur? Where am I going to search out [someone]?’”

Despite the initial anxiety, she now feels no must rush. “I’m not likely in a rush anymore,” she noted.
