Mohan wrote, “Kollywood’s drug & casting couch culture isn’t a joke. A lady I do know, now a known face in media, was dragged right into a world she never signed up for. She’s now in a rehab center. Drugs, manipulation, and transactional exploitation disguised as ‘industry norm.’ Mf @VijaySethuOffl has offered Rs 2L for ‘caravan favors,’ Rs 50k for ‘drives,’ and acts like saint on social media. She was utilized by this ** for years. This isn’t one story. It’s many, and the media worships these men like they’re saints. The dr*g-s*x nexus is real. Not a joke.”

Ramya tagged Vijay Sethupathi’s X official account in her post. She alleged him of offering money, Rs 2 lakh and Rs 50,000, for favors and portrayed himself as a saint on social media. Mohan also accused the Thalaivan Thalaivii actor of engaging in exploitative and manipulative activities. She claimed that many ladies have suffered similar fates. And, the media’s reverence for these men only fuels the cycle of ab*se and silence were her claims.
