Xbox has announced it should go to Gamescom 2025 with over 20 playable titles, including a brand new Hole Knight: Silksong demo. Attendees at Gamescom, happening in Cologne, Germany, from August 20 to 24, can go hands-on with the ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X handheld PCs. Playable titles on those devices include Hole Knight: Silksong, Roblox, Sea of Thieves, and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4. Xbox also revealed additional showcase titles: Grounded 2, Ninja Gaiden 4, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants DLC, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology: Retold, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. The team can be hosting an exclusive theater presentation for Obsidian Entertainment’s The Outer Worlds 2, which is launching on October 24, 2025.
Other first-party highlights include the subsequent World of Warcraft expansion, Midnight, and attendees can go hands-on with the brand new Housing system. Xbox also announced more on Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 might be revealed during Opening Night Continue to exist August 19, making it a serious show focus.
Along with first-party titles, the Xbox booth can have quite a few third-party demos, including Borderlands 4, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, EA Sports FC 26, Aniimo, There Are No Ghosts on the Grand, PowerWash Simulator 2, Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Final Fantasy XVI, Invincible VS, Super Meat Boy 3D, Cronos: The Recent Dawn, and Mistfall Hunter. For those unable to attend in Germany, Xbox will host two Gamescom 2025 broadcasts. The primary broadcast airs August 20 at 6:00 AM Pacific (9:00 AM Eastern) and features ROG Xbox Ally handhelds, Grounded 2, Keeper, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, and more. The second broadcast airs August 21 at the identical time, specializing in Ninja Gaiden 4, Overwatch 2, The Outer Worlds 2, and more. The team at Bethesda will even host three days of live broadcasts starting August 22.
