Micah Plath’s girlfriend, Veronica Peters, dropped a bombshell through the latest episode of Welcome to Plathville.
“Micah has cheated on me several times,” Veronica alleged through the Tuesday, July 29, episode of the TLC series. “I hate his behavior. I’ve denied all of it. I’ve made a united front. I lied to people. I protect[ed] you. Once I knew the reality.”
She continued, “I used to be more scared in regards to the truth coming out because it might hurt you. And I put myself aside and my pride and backed him and blamed myself.”
Veronica’s bombshell confession got here after she was asked how her relationship with Micah was going.
“I feel just like the only thing we fight about is I don’t need to be across the family anymore,” she said.
Veronica alleged that she reached out to Micah’s family “countless” times, but they hadn’t done the identical. (Veronica’s issues with the Plaths stem from Moriah Plath. When Moriah, 22, briefly got back together along with her toxic ex-boyfriend, Veronica was put in the center and accused of stirring the pot, when she was supporting Moriah.)
“There’s been things on either side. It’s been a heated thing,” Micah, 24, said, referring to his family icing out Veronica and her causing a much bigger wedge between him and them.
Veronica, meanwhile, said that she felt betrayed by Moriah based on the timing of their fight, revealing, “She knows what I used to be going through when she treated me like that.”
A visibly upset Veronica grew frustrated when Micah didn’t back her up, noting that he knew why she was “upset” by every thing that transpired.
“I’d back you if you hurt me. You don’t care. You care about yourself,” she claimed. “I actually have backed you. When you could have done probably the most selfish [thing], I actually have backed you.”
After revealing Micah had been unfaithful, Veronica alleged that “Moriah knew about” his transgression, adding that despite being within the know she “still blocked me through this hell.”
Veronica, who was in tears, then turned to Micah and claimed, “And also you don’t care.”
The episode ended with Veronica crying on the couch as Micah sat beside her with out a word. TLC confirmed to Us Weekly that Micah will share his side of the story next week.
Welcome to Plathville airs on TLC Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET.
