Spider-Man: Brand Latest Day is officially on its way.
Tom Holland celebrated production on his fourth Spider-Man film kicking off with a number of behind-the-scenes photos. On Instagram, the English actor shared two pictures of himself on-set, notably in his brand latest Spidey suit.
Within the shots, Holland stood on top of a military-like automobile with a stunt wire attached to his body. “Spider-Man Brand Latest Day 1,” he wrote within the caption of the post.
Production on Spider-Man: Brand Latest Day was set to kick off at the highest of August. Holland’s social post gave fans a first-look at his latest Spider-Man costume on-set after Sony unveiled the suit on Saturday morning.
“We ready?” Holland said within the teaser clip while wearing the costume that notably sports a more classic Spider-Man look, resembling the outfits that each Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield wore of their movies because the character.
On Friday, it was announced that Mark Ruffalo will appear in Brand Latest Day, notably reprising his role as Bruce Banner/the Hulk. The last time the actor appeared within the MCU was within the 2022 Disney+ series She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
Ruffalo isn’t the one returning star joining Holland’s fourth Spider-Man, as Michael Mando (who played the Scorpion in Spider-Man: Homecoming), also joins the solid. It was previously announced that Jon Bernthal will, too, appear within the film because the Punisher.
Plot details are being kept under wraps, though a standout latest addition to the solid is Sadie Sink. Destin Daniel Cretton is directing while Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers return to put in writing the film.
Brand Latest Day will serve because the long-awaited followup to 2021’s No Way Home, which saw the world forget that Holland’s Peter Parker is Spider-Man. Brand Latest Day is ready to hit theaters on July 31, 2026.
