Robert Downey Jr & Tom Holland’s Critically Panned Film Is Now Trending On Netflix Globally

Netflix is giving Dolittle a second life because the 2020 film, starring Robert Downey Jr. and featuring Tom Holland’s voice, has suddenly climbed into Netflix’s Top 10 list across greater than 45 countries, per Flixpatrol. Initially, it didn’t land well when it first got here out, but streaming audiences seem more open to it now.

Dolittle didn’t bring much excitement back to theatres. In keeping with Box Office Mojo, it made around $251 million globally, which is insufficient to cover its massive budget. Even with the pandemic slowing down competition in 2020, the film still lost Universal Pictures tens of thousands and thousands.
