Jon Gosselin cryptically revealed that he was recently blocked by an ex.
“Just came upon, someone did block me,” Gosselin, 48, announced via TikTok on Saturday, August 9, before clarifying: “It was my ex [who blocked me]. I can’t see anything! Not that I used to be looking or anything, but I find it very interesting.”
The previous Jon & Kate Plus 8 star’s cryptic comments got here days after his ex-wife Kate Gosselin confirmed that she’d joined TikTok. A couple of fan theorized that Jon could have been slyly referring to being blocked via TikTok by Kate.
“I used to be trying to make a decision who to follow- I’m considering Kate now. content appears to be higher,” one viewer wrote, with Jon replying: “Bye, its all good.”
Kate recently confirmed to fans that she’d began an official TikTok after some questioned whether the account was legitimate.
“Hi guys. Lots of you might be wondering if this is definitely me and my account. I just [hopped on] really quick [to] let that this is definitely my account,” Gosselin told fans. “I’m just waiting for TikTok to confirm it. So, in the event you’re wondering, in the event you’re testing, and I don’t blame you, because I do it too, know that it’s my account.”
In a subsequent video, Kate clarified that her followers probably wouldn’t see much of her and Jon’s eight children in her vlogs.

“There’s going to be a number of dogs on it and children, but mostly dogs and me,” she joked. “I’m in my German Shepherd dog mom era. Is that how they are saying it? what I mean. Anyway, it’s me. Just desired to let . Thanks.”
The Gosselins chronicled raising their eight children on the hit TLC docuseries Jon & Kate Plus 8, which ran in various incarnations from 2007 to 2017. (Jon and Kate share twins Mady and Cara, 24, and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel, 21.)
Jon and Kat announced their divorce in 2009, with their show being rebranded as Kate Plus 8 the next yr. For the reason that TLC series ended, Jon admitted that a rift developed with several of his children when he was made primary guardian of Hannah and Collin in 2018.
In November 2024, Jon shared the exciting news that he was engaged to his girlfriend Stephanie Lebo after three years together. He later promised to increase wedding invites to all of his children — even those he wasn’t currently in touch with.

He added, “It’d be nice for [Lebo] to satisfy my other kids. I just form of support the children which can be integrated into the family. If other ones get up and realize what’s occurring, the door’s all the time open here.”
As for where Jon and Kate stand today, he confirmed to E! News in January 2025 that the previous couple don’t have any contact with one another.
“We don’t communicate,” Jon said. “I believe the last time I heard her voice in person was, like, 2018.”
