Based on a report by India Today, the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department has issued a notice to him for allegedly operating the vehicle with no High Security Registration Plate.

Nevertheless, Akash Deep’s significant life event has been overshadowed by a notice issued by the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department. The dealership, M/s Sunny Motors, can also be facing investigation for selling the vehicle without completing the registration process or installing the mandatory High Security Registration Plate.
Consequently, the dealer has been suspended for one month. Meanwhile, the cricketer has been given a 14-day period to submit a response explaining the situation.
