On Monday, August 25, Atlanta News First published a report asserting that Lapri was arrested in DeKalb County, Georgia, the next week, on Monday, August 18. Per the outlet, Lapri was charged with “third-degree cruelty to children and disorderly conduct.” Per Google Search, third-degree cruelty to children within the state of Georgia reportedly implies that the person was allegedly:
“acting because the ‘primary aggressor’ and either intentionally allowing a toddler under 18 to witness a violent crime (like a felony, battery, or family violence battery) or committing such against the law while knowing the kid is present and might see or hear it.”
Moreover, the offense doesn’t mean a toddler was harmed by the person. Moreover, per Google Search, disorderly conduct within the state of Georgia means a person was allegedly:
“disrupting public order and safety, corresponding to violent or tumultuous actions that endanger an individual’s safety or property, using ‘fighting words; to incite violence, or using profane language with minors.”
