Jessica Alba and Money Warren’s ongoing divorce continues to be drama-free as they move on with recent partners.
“The age difference [with their younger partners] isn’t an enormous deal,” a source exclusively shared with Us Weekly. “They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They’re cool with one another dating.”
News broke in January that Alba had split from Warren after 16 years of marriage. The pair share three children: Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and Hayes, 7.
On the time, The Honest Company cofounder said, “We’re moving forward with love, kindness and respect for one another and can eternally be family.”
Since then, Alba, 44, has began dating actor Danny Ramirez, 32, while Warren, 46, has moved on with model Hana Sun Doerr, 25.
“They’re glad for one another,” the source explained. “There’s no negativity or bad feelings. They’re still good friends and just want one another to be glad. They usually aren’t judging one another.”

In response to the insider, Warren and Sun Doerr met through mutual friends. While they’re in an exclusive relationship, things are still within the early stages and no major long-term steps have been discussed.
As for Alba and Ramirez, they were arrange by friends and are simply having fun with this phase of their lives.
“It’s less serious than Money’s relationship,” the source noted. “It’s fun and casual.”
No matter who Warren and Alba are dating, the friendly exes are in no rush to introduce the youngsters to their recent love interests. In truth, the pair have talked about “boundaries” while dating other people after their split.

“They’re incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing recent partners could be taken very slowly and just once a relationship is stable and serious,” the source explained.
As a substitute, Alba and the Pair of Thieves cofounder are committed to coparenting and attending family events together in hopes of maintaining a “stable and peaceful environment for his or her kids.”
In recent months, the pair celebrated Easter together as a family while Alba gave a shout-out to Warren in a Father’s Day tribute.
“The divorce was a mutual decision, so it is sensible for them,” the insider explained. “They’re friends and can at all times be in one another’s lives with the youngsters, in order that they wish to foster a loving relationship. They only want one another to be glad.”
Us has reached out to Warren, Alba, Ramirez and Sun Doerr’s reps for comment. All parties have yet to publicly comment on their recent relationship statuses.
