The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Noella Bergener secretly got married and now wants out of her marriage after six months, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On July 28, Bergener filed for divorce from a person named Robert ‘Bobby’ Schubenski. The previous Bravo star listed the date of marriage as December 30, 2024, and the date of separation as June 1, 2025.
Bergner, 40, said they didn’t share any children. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the rationale for the split. She didn’t indicate whether she wants spousal support within the paperwork.
She said she is going to update her request in regard to separate and community property as “the data becomes available.”

Back in October 2023, Bergener announced her engagement to her boyfriend Bobby Schubenski. She announced the news on her Instagram writing, “My heart is full and my hand is heavy.”
Bergener first revealed she was in a brand new romance to Us in January 2022. She said, “There’s someone that I even have known for years. He knew me married and knew my [ex] husband. That’s not weird in any respect, but we just have plenty of love and respect for one another. He was certainly one of those who just always checked in on me.”
On the season 16 reunion, Bergener revealed her recent man’s name was Bobby. She told Andy Cohen that he “bought me an adult toy marketplace company.”
As Us first reported in July, Bergener filed recent documents in a court case along with her ex-husband, James Bergener, that exposed her funds.

The previous reality star said she was a “mother” who had no income three years after leaving RHOC. Noella and James share a son named James Jr. Noella has an older daughter, Coco, from a previous relationship.
In her filing, Noella claimed James earned around $660,500 per 30 days in income. James is a private injury lawyer who’s well-known as a consequence of his catchy advertisements. She said she believed James’ income had increased for the reason that initial order.

Noella said her monthly expenses total $33,259. She was awarded $25,000 per 30 days in child support from James for James Jr. and one other $7,400 per 30 days in support for her daughter.
The filing alleged James Jr. spent the vast majority of his time with Noella as a consequence of James living in Puerto Rico.
She listed her monthly bills: $16,000 on rent, $1,509 on health care costs, $800 on eating out, $2,000 on utilities, $800 on laundry, $600 on clothes, $5,000 on entertainment and various other bills.

Noella and James began dating in 2015 and split in 2021. He filed a divorce petition in Puerto Rico, where they applied for residency throughout the marriage, while Noella filed her own case in California.
Per court documents, the 2 agreed to settle the divorce in Puerto Rico but would have a California court rule on all matters related to their child.
Noella first appeared on RHOC as a guest of the solid in season 15. She was upgraded to a full-time solid member in season 16.
She announced she wouldn’t come back for season 17 in July 2022.
“After a wild season of ups and downs, I is not going to be returning to The Real Housewives of Orange County,” Noella wrote. “Thanks to the entire fans for the entire love and support during quite possibly the toughest yr of my life.”
