Brad Pitt has purchased a $12 million Spanish-style estate in Hollywood Hills’ Outpost Estates.
In keeping with reports, the movie star is prioritizing privacy and security after a significant burglary incident at his Los Feliz home.
Two 18-year-olds have since been arrested in reference to the June break-in at Brad Pitt’s home.

The house, built around 1989, was designed with security in mind, featuring prewired alarm systems and mature landscaping that shields it from outside view. Visitors enter through a fortified gate that results in a hand-laid brick motor court.
Inside, the architecture combines timeless touches — arched corridors, exposed wood-beam ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass with custom details, corresponding to a tin-paneled ceiling adorned with sunflower motifs and an office illuminated by floral-inspired lighting.

The estate holds six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a soaring double-height foyer, and a personal theater. Outside, there is a swimming pool, vegetable gardens, a hearth pit lounge, and panoramic views stretching from the town lights to the ocean.

This acquisition further expands Pitt’s status for curating architecturally significant properties. In 2022, he dropped $40 million on a dramatic clifftop retreat in Carmel Highlands. He also sold a sprawling Los Feliz compound for $33 million last 12 months.
As for the $5 million Los Feliz residence that was burglarized in June, records show it was already under contract to be sold before the break-in occurred. Authorities have since arrested two 18-year-olds, Jaquory Arman Watson and Damari Zair Charles, in reference to the burglary.
In keeping with People Magazine, each face first-degree burglary charges together with an enhancement for allegedly working together. Investigators say the pair also targeted one other home in Orange County on August 7.
