Aspinall on why he was so emotional after receiving $50,000 bonus
Aspinall’s journey to the highest of the premier promotion has been heavily orchestrated by his father, Andy Aspinall, who’s in his corner for each single fight.

After three impressive wins in a row, with essentially the most notable being his second round submission win over former champion Andrei Arlovski, Aspinall was matched up against fellow prospect, Serghei Spivac.

After being told by the UFC team that he had won a bonus, Aspinall broke down in tears, showcasing how much it meant to him.
“I used to be very emotional, that was because I had enough money to purchase a house then (after the bonus), and I actually really desired to buy my very own house in order that was massive for me,” Aspinall admitted in a recent documentary shot by TNT Sports.
Aspinall would slightly vacate his title than fight top 10 opponent

And since of that, he recently revealed that he would slightly vacate his heavyweight title than fight recently ranked heavyweight, Ante Delija.
Delija signed with the promotion earlier this yr and he has been an influential training partner for Aspinall over the past few years, helping him reach the highest of the division.
