WWE Raw Reportedly Had ‘No Major Rewrites’ Apart From Closing Seth Rollins Angle

The conclusion of the October 13 episode of “WWE Raw” left WWE fans around the globe stunned as Seth Rollins was brutally attacked by his Vision stablemates Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed, with Paul Heyman siding with Breakker and Reed. The attack got here out of nowhere for some people, and the explanation for that’s largely on account of the reported injury Rollins has sustained which requires surgery. Nevertheless, in response to Ibou of Wrestlepurists on X (formerly generally known as Twitter), this was the planned ending for the episode and that there have been no major re-writes on account of Rollins’ injured shoulder.

“Yesterday’s Raw largely went because it was originally constructed/written, all the way down to CM Punk becoming the primary contender. No major rewrites were done because the character of Seth’s injury wasn’t fully clear yet. Even the Vision’s backstage moment was going to be on the show, they only tacked on the turn at the top to the show that was already prepared.” Ibou went on to report that Breakker was all the time imagined to activate Rollins, but that it was planned to occur months later with Brock Lesnar being brought in to be one in all Breakker’s first opponents.

Ibou would go on to invest that CM Punk, who became the primary contender to Rollins’ WWE World Heavyweight Championship on “Raw,” could find yourself facing Breakker or someone like  Roman Reigns to find out a brand new champion because it’s likely that Rollins can have to vacate the title. Nevertheless, WWE has reportedly not decided what to do with the title on the time of writing, or the potential line-up for the upcoming WarGames match at Survivor Series on November 29, which Rollins was imagined to be an element of. It is also unknown with regard to how long Rollins will likely be out of motion for as he was also penciled in to face Reigns at WrestleMania 42 in April 2026.
