Donald Trump has said he’ll meet with the Russian president in Hungary soon after a ‘productive’ phone call.
The US president revealed he spoke with Vladimir Putin today to debate end the Russia-Ukraine war.
Trump said Putin ‘congratulated me’ on the Israel-Hamas deal, which has seen the discharge of hostages and prisoners on each side.
He said he believes the Gaza plan ‘will assist in our negotiation in achieving an end to the War with Russia/Ukraine.’
Trump confirmed that he’ll meet the Ukrainian president, Volodomyr Zelensky, within the White House tomorrow.
Trump wrote on Truth Social: ‘I even have just concluded my telephone conversation with President Vladimir Putin, of Russia, and it was a really productive one.’
‘We also spent an ideal deal of time talking about Trade between Russia and the USA when the War with Ukraine is over.
‘On the conclusion of the decision, we agreed that there can be a gathering of our High Level Advisors, next week.

‘The US’ initial meetings can be led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, along with various other people, to be designated.
‘A gathering location is to be determined. President Putin and I’ll then meet in an agreed upon location, Budapest, Hungary, to see if we will bring this “inglorious” War, between Russia and Ukraine, to an end.’
Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s spokesperson, said POTUS believes it is feasible to get Putin and Zelensky in the identical room.

Trump said Putin also thanked the First Lady, Melania, ‘for her involvement with children.’
In a separate, more menacing post on Truth Social, Trump issued one other threat to Hamas, claiming that the armed group ‘continues to kill people in Gaza.’
Trump wrote: ‘If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the Deal, we may have no alternative but to go in and kill them. Thanks on your attention to this matter!’
On Tuesday – a day after signing the peace deal – Trump told Hamas that if it doesn’t disarm, ‘we are going to disarm them’ and that it’s going to ‘occur quickly and maybe violently.’
The last time the 2 leaders met was in Alaska in August, when the pair sat all the way down to discuss ending the war in Ukraine.
