During a recent episode of WWE SmackDown, a fan in attendance displayed their sign reading “PAIGE COME HOME!” in reference to Saraya.
On social media, the previous WWE and AEW wrestler reacted and was delighted to see the support in the course of the show.
Saraya wrestled as Paige for years in WWE. Her time with the promotion resulted in 2022 when the corporate opted to not sign her to a brand new contract.
When Vince McMahon stepped down, Triple H attempted to re-sign Saraya, but was too late as she would join AEW that September.
Saraya would return to the ring in AEW and capture the AEW Women’s World Title in 2023, but has since left the promotion.
