Lori Loughlin Likely To Gain Nothing From Her Divorce
Loughlin’s divorce from Mossimo Giannulli appears to be heading to a contentious financial showdown over a prenup agreement that states she’d get nothing from him within the case of a breakup.
In line with TMZ, a source shared that the “Full House” alum signed a prenup when she married Giannulli in 1997, and the legal document stipulated that their assets are separate property, a provision the designer insisted on before tying the knot.
On the time, Giannulli’s net value was north of $100 million. If the 1997 prenup is found to be valid and enforceable, it could prevent Loughlin from claiming any appreciation on that initial $100 million base, in addition to the worth gained during all the duration of their marriage.
