Darren Till is adding to his portfolio by entering into the fight game with a brand new promotion.
In August, Till stopped Luke Rockhold at Misfits 22 to turn out to be the promotion’s inaugural bridgerweight champion.
The previous UFC title challenger has been dedicating himself to boxing in recent times, which has really began to repay for him in 2025.
Till’s UFC profession may not have gone to plan, having stepped away from the promotion in February of 2023, but he’s proven to be an incredible fit for Misfits Boxing.
Now, ‘The Gorilla’ will probably be taking up a task on the opposite side of the ropes.

Darren Till proclaims ‘Gorilla Promotions’ and lays out the plans for his recent boxing promotion
Darren Till has been linked with some huge fights following the win streak that he has put together this 12 months.
With the likes of Andrew Tate now appearing to go in a special direction, it hasn’t been easy for the previous UFC star to secure the massive matchups that he wants.
Through ‘Gorilla Promotions’, which Till recently announced via a post on his Instagram story, he hopes to present more fighters the chance to compete.

The foremost focus of the promotion will probably be a Prize Fighter concept for up-and-coming fighters who will probably be battling it out for championship belts and a £5,000 prize.
It’s also noted within the announcement that there may also be “special matchups featuring celebrities, adding a mini Misfits-style twist to the night.”
Gorilla Promotions is planning to host their first event in mid-January, and while there aren’t any weight classes in place presently, the statement encourages fighters that wish to be an element of it to achieve out.
Till’s post was shared on social media by fighters that he’s been closely connected with previously, including PFL’s Brendan Loughnane and ex-UFC athlete Mike Grundy.

In a recent exclusive interview with Bloody Elbow, Stephen Thompson gave his thoughts on the success that Darren Till has had in boxing.
The Brit secured arguably his biggest win over Thompson once they faced one another within the foremost event of UFC Liverpool in May of 2018.
‘Wonderboy’ has only positive things to say about Till and seems like he’s produced a resurgence after being quiet for a number of years.
“After all, I don’t get into everybody’s business, so I don’t know what was occurring but then I see him boxing and doing well, going on the market and killing it. I feel he’s revamped. I feel that flame inside him has rekindled and I feel he’s re-motivated to go on the market and compete on this recent realm of boxing.”
“I’m super happy with Darren Till, I actually am,” Thompson said. “Especially the hard time that he’s had with the UFC and up and coming, had some wins and had some losses and didn’t really know where he desired to go. I’m glad that he’s got his out and that he’s found a sport where not only he enjoys but he could make a living too because he’s making bank within the boxing realm… I feel it’s awesome.”
