Kylie Jenner is remembering her dog Norman, who died at “13 years old,” in response to a post she made via Instagram on Wednesday, October 22.
“In Loving Memory of My Sweet Norman,” she wrote alongside a carousel of photos of the Italian greyhound. “I still remember the day I brought you home. I had never loved anything a lot. I all the time wanted an Italian Greyhound growing up, but my mommy never let me have one. Then, right after I turned 17, I got you for Christmas, and it was the most effective gift I could have ever received.”
She continued, “Normy, you filled my life and so many others with pure joy. Almost 13 years old, and yet I do know I’ll remember you far longer than the time we got to share. I wish I wasn’t writing this post. I knew you were getting older, and I attempted to arrange myself, nevertheless it’s hard losing you norm.”
Jenner, 28, added that she was thankful that her kids had a likelihood to get to know Norman. She and ex Travis Scott share daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3.
“It makes me glad knowing my kids got to fulfill you and love you 😢 My sweet Normyyyy. My heart aches for you. Rest in peace, my precious Normandle. I really like you ceaselessly,” she concluded her post.
Jenner’s followers were already aware of Norman, who was a frequent presence on her Instagram feed. In 2019, fans grew concerned over the pooch once they noticed he had stopped appearing on her social media.

“What makes u think anything happened to my Norman?” Jenner posted via Instagram on the time. “I don’t post my dogs as much but that doesn’t mean they aren’t very much a component of my life still.”
The Kylie Cosmetics founder even maintained an Instagram page for Norman and her other greyhound, Bambi. The 2 had a litter of puppies in 2016.
As of 2023, Jenner was the proud mom to seven dogs, telling Interview Magazine that hiring a dog nanny was the most effective hire she’s ever made.
“They kept multiplying,” she said of her dogs. “Considered one of them had children and I had to maintain the family together.”
Jenner’s sad news comes just per week after she made her musical debut, releasing a song called “Fourth Strike” with pop duo Terror Jr under her alter ego King Kylie on October 14.
It’s a follow-up to the duo’s song “Three Strikes.” Rumors swirled on the time that Jenner, who collaborated with Terror Jr on the song, was actually the group’s lead singer (their identities were anonymous on the time).
She denied it, but referenced the speculation when releasing “Fourth Strike,” writing via Instagram, “There was a bit rumor 10 years ago that I used to be the one actually singing on 3 strikes! It wasn’t me (wish it was) so I had the concept to come back together for fourth strike and it could actually be ME FEATURED! @terror.jr thanks for making one other perfect song and for trusting me to truly ft on this! I used to be soooooo nervous but so grateful.”
