Full of life, 38, and Baldoni’s legal drama began in December 2024, when the actress accused her It Ends With Us costar and director of sexual harassment, making a hostile work environment and purposefully making a smear campaign against her. (Baldoni has consistently denied all of the allegations.)

Full of life’s lawsuit included “hundreds of pages of text messages and emails” that the Gossip Girl alum obtained through a subpoena. The actress’ team alleged that a publicist working with the studio and Baldoni allegedly wrote to a crisis management expert, “He desires to feel like she could be buried.”

“The Court’s decision on the motion to dismiss has no effect in anyway on the reality that there was no harassment nor any smear campaign, and it doesn’t in any way affect our vigorous defense against Ms. Full of life’s claims,” Baldoni’s attorney said in an announcement to Us on the time. “Discovery is proceeding and we’re confident that we are going to prevail against these factually baseless accusations. As an alternative of revising the prevailing claims, our clients will probably be pursuing additional legal options which might be available to us.”
