Battlefield 6 is off to a hot start, setting records with over seven million units sold in the primary three days. The team is already following up that launch with the discharge of Battlefield REDSEC, a free-to-play battle royale mode coming on October 28. We’ll get our first have a look at gameplay at 8:00 AM Pacific (11:00 AM Eastern) that day. There’s lots occurring for Battlefield fans tomorrow, since that’s also the day Battlefield 6 Season 1 launches.
Little or no has been officially announced about Battlefield REDSEC, and it is going to be interesting to see if a mobile version eventually gets released. That’s because in May, Activision Blizzard announced that Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile could be delisted. Whether EA desires to capture a few of that mobile audience stays to be seen, but we’ll know more tomorrow morning.
