Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott agreed neither party would pay support and they might work together to handle their massive $1.7 million tax debt, Us Weekly can report.

Us obtained the divorce settlement filed by Spelling, 52, and McDermott, 58, on November 3. The exes agreed the date of separation is June 17, 2023.

Per the deal, Spelling will keep all bank accounts in her name, her entertainment corporations and all furniture in her possession.

The actress also gets to maintain a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, which is currently in McDermott’s name. She may even keep a 2021 Bronco, all interest in her SAG-Producers pension plan and any and all “goodwill related to Tori Spelling.”

As well as, she’s going to keep half interest in all of the entertainment projects they worked on together through the years. She’s going to keep all interest in an untitled cookbook and cooking show she is working on — together with a possible renovation show and an untitled travel show.

Spelling will keep all of her residuals from Beverly Hills, 90210, all of her solo books and her podcast revenue.

Spelling said she’s going to not hold McDermott accountable for a $288,000 loan owed to a 3rd party and one other $70,000 owed on a loan. She said she may even cover $10,000 in medical bills and all bank cards in her name.

The actress may even split a $37,000 American Express bill and one-half of the six-figure sum owed to City National Bank.

The settlement said the exes owe $1.7 million in back taxes and can work on paying the debt together.

McDermott will walk away with a 2006 Ford Expedition, 2017 Ford Escape and a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner. He’ll cover $20,000 owed in medical bills and all bank cards in his name.

The agreement said they may split custody of the youngsters and neither would pay child or spousal support.

Spelling filed for divorce in March 2024 and initially asked the court to award her spousal support. McDermott opposed the request and claimed he was not earning profits like he used to throughout the marriage.
