Teresa Giudice is clapping back at critics questioning her reconciliation with Joe Gorga and his wife, Melissa Gorga.
“Ask my brother, I’m the kind that holds grudges. I’m very old skool,” Teresa exclusively shared with Us Weekly while attending BravoCon 2025 on Saturday, November 15. “For me to do that, it’s real. He said he was waiting for me because he knew how upset I used to be about things.”
When asked to deal with speculation that the newfound relationship is for the cameras only or not real — especially amid The Real Housewives of Recent Jersey series’ indefinite hiatus — Teresa explained that she is trying to not concentrate to any negative noise.
“Individuals who say which have a mean heart. I’m just saying, a mean soul,” she said on the three-day conference in Las Vegas. “Everybody should want family to be together. I need to point out America what an actual Italian family looks like. My ex’s family? They’re all together, united. That’s what I all the time wanted. I need to point out America that we might be united, and I need to point out our kids that too. It’s really vital.”
On Friday, November 14, The Real Housewives of Recent Jersey star Margaret Josephs reacted to Teresa making peace with Joe and Melissa.
“I need it to be real, for the sake of Melissa and Joe. I realize it’s real on their part,” Margaret told Us at BravoCon. “I feel things like this need to be done in a therapeutic setting and behind closed doors and never to be played out within the press.”
Although Bravo has yet to confirm any plans for The Real Housewives of Recent Jersey season 15, Teresa said she doesn’t care what happens by way of casting.
“In the event that they pick me, or they pick my brother, I’ll be so glad for them,” she said. “It’s what it’s. Whatever God wants. When one door closes, one other one opens.”

One member of the family thrilled on the reconciliation is Teresa’s oldest daughter, Gia Giudice. (Teresa also shares Gabrielle, Milania and Audriana with ex-husband Joe Giudice.)
“It’s like a weight lifted off of my chest. I’ve all the time wanted this since I used to be little,” Gia told Us on Friday while supporting her own reality series, Next Gen NYC. “Singing songs or pulling members of the family back. I’ve all the time wanted this, and I’m just so glad that we’re coming to this place. It makes me really glad, and I’m glad we might be here at BravoCon and never worry about running into one another or looking over our shoulder.”
The considered getting close again to her uncle Joe also leaves Gia excited for the longer term.
“He was my best friend,” she explained. “I feel it’s a relationship that we’re each excited to rebuild and work on.”
Over the weekend, each Melissa and Teresa posted family photos in Sin City.
“Don’t query it — Just support it,” Melissa wrote via Instagram on Saturday, highlighting the long-awaited family reunion. “#family.”
Moving forward, Teresa desires to proceed moving forward as she prepares to have fun the vacations with more peace and love as an alternative of drama and hate.
“I’m the oldest, and my brother says I’m the matriarch of the family, and he wants me to steer the ship,” she said. “I actually have no problem leading the ship, but I’m very old skool, and I’m about loyalty, respect and peace. If he gives me that, I’ll give that to him 10 folds over.”
