Jordyn Turned Karl’s Childhood Wish Into A Whole Mood
On Saturday, Jordyn took to Instagram and shared how the last word surprise began with an off-the-cuff conversation this past summer. The model recalled Karl saying that if he could drive any automotive, it wouldn’t be “anything crazy,” but simply the automotive his mom used to drive when he was a child.
“Throughout the summer Karl asked me if I could drive any automotive for a day which one would it not be.. I answered and his response was ‘I wouldn’t pick anything crazy, I just really loved my mom’s automotive she had after I was a child.’ So I went on a mission these past months to search out the automotive, shipped it across the country, got it fixed up and was capable of surprise him with it today for his thirtieth!” she revealed in her caption.

Y’all already know Jordyn Woods doesn’t play in terms of Karl-Anthony Towns, and it’s clear these two have been holding one another down for years. Back in 2021, Karl opened as much as Taraji P. Henson on ‘Peace of Mind with Taraji’ about losing his mom, Jacqueline Cruz-Towns, to COVID — and the way Jordyn was right there holding him up. He shared that he leaned on her because she truly understood his pain, having been super close along with her own father, and was one among the one individuals who could relate to what he was going through.
Karl also revealed some next-level love vibes from his late mom, saying she made sure he wouldn’t be alone after her passing. “A girl that meant a lot to me in my life left my life to get replaced by one other woman to take that spot,” he said, explaining that Jordyn stepped in not only as a girlfriend but as an actual ride-or-die partner and best friend. Period.
