Bradley Warns Joshua Is “mentally Not There” Vs Paul

Tim Bradley says Anthony Joshua is “mentally not there” at this late stage of his profession, and it’s not a provided that he’s going to win his fight against Jake Paul.

Tim points to his chin when he discusses the decline in the previous two-time heavyweight champion Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) as he heads into his December nineteenth fight against Paul (12-1, 7 KOs).

Bradley says it’s a “dangerous fight” for the 36-year-old Joshua, who was knocked out in his last contest against Daniel Dubois. He never stood a probability in that fight. Tim says the right-hand power, and the combos that Jake throws are going to be trouble for AJ. He views Joshua as fragile, able to crumble when hit on the chin.

“It ain’t no forgone conclusion that AJ goes to drag this s*** off, man,” said Tim Bradley on his channel about Anthony Joshua’s fight against Jake Paul.“AJ has been mentally not there. AJ is an Olympic gold medalist and has fought higher opposition. He’s long-reigning. He’s been at the highest of the game for a really very long time.

“Yeah, he’s on the downside. This can be a dangerous fight for each of those guys. This can be a 50-50 fight in my eyes. AJ [points to his chin]. Come on, man. I don’t know. I’m not going to predict none of that,” said Bradley.

As Tim says, Joshua has been in the professional ranks for a very long time, absorbing shots from top fighters. His amateur profession wasn’t easy either. Fans witnessed his controversial Olympic gold medal win in 2012 against Italy’s Roberto Cammarelle, a fight that many boxing fans believed Joshua must have lost. The Olympics that 12 months were in England.

“If Andy Ruiz can get in there together with his little short tubby-tubby self, and get in there and lay hands on Anthony Joshua, I believe Jake Paul has got a probability,” said Tim. “He’s a bit of quicker on his feet. He throws combos, and has got that looping right hand that he likes to establish.”

Jake Paul is quicker, more agile, and lethal than the 250+ lb Andy Ruiz was when he knocked out Joshua in 2019. If Jake gets inside on Joshua, the fight might be over immediately in the primary round.

“Anthony Joshua can get outboxed. By Jake Paul? I don’t know. I’m serious about what I’m saying. That is going to be interesting. If Jake Paul beats Anthony Joshua, he’s going to get credit in my book,” said Bradley.
