Watch Alex Pereira trade bombs with 6ft 7in former UFC heavyweight KO artist in sparring

UFC superstar Alex Pereira had a really busy day of sparring on Saturday

The sunshine heavyweight king was caught on camera viciously knocking out one in all his training partners.

Several hours later, Alex Pereira shared footage of his gym war with a 6ft 7in ex-UFC heavyweight.

Robelis Despaigne is an Olympic bronze medalist in taekwondo who transitioned to MMA in June 2022. A 4-0 begin to life in his recent sport got the Cuban KO artist signed by the UFC, but he was cut after going 1-2 in MMA’s premier promotion.

Alex Pereira was the one pushing the motion during his sparring session with Robelis Despaigne.

‘Poatan’ pushed forward and threw big bombs, with no fear of the immense power he was walking into.

Despaigne kept Pereira at bay together with his jab and made him pay for rushing in with a straight right hand.

Unfortunately, the bell sounded and the round ended just because the star-studded spar got interesting.

Pereira and Despaigne showed respect by touching gloves after they were done throwing leather at one another.
