Jon Jones drags Khabib Nurmagomedov into his bitter feud with Daniel Cormier

The feud between Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier continues to rage on, and now Jones has dragged in one in all Cormier’s longtime teammates.

The pair of UFC light heavyweight legends were involved in one in all, if not the, biggest rivalry in the game’s history, having clashed each inside and out of doors of the Octagon.

And even now, years after Daniel Cormier‘s retirement from the game and the approaching official end of Jon Jones‘ profession, the rivals proceed to share barbs online.

Just last week, the consensus biggest of all time, Jones, claimed that he had been offered a trilogy fight against ‘DC’ but in a unique sport.

Recently, ‘Bones’ shared images and videos online from a recent trip to Chechnya, where he met with Chechen leader, Ramzan Kadyrov.

For whatever reason, Cormier questioned Jones’ trip, questioning why the previous champion wasn’t spending time together with his family for Thanksgiving, re-igniting their feud.

After which on Thanksgiving, Jones fired back on the UFC commentator, claiming that he lives in his head rent free and reminded him of the indisputable fact that he holds wins over him within the Octagon.

Nevertheless, it didn’t stop there for Jones, who again this Monday afternoon has gone at Cormier on social media, this time dragging in his longtime teammate, Khabib Nurmagomedov.

“Perhaps I should send one in all those Khabib gifts to Daniel Cormier so he can actually enjoy his holiday as a substitute of fascinated by me on a regular basis,” Jones posted on X.

Jones is referring to a recent scheme Khabib ran online, selling digital papakhas to his fans. The Russian was quickly criticized by his longtime rival Conor McGregor, who accused Khabib of ‘scamming’ his fans and ‘staining’ his father’s name.

Jones could return to motion in 2026

Things could get much more awkward for Jones and Cormier as ‘Bones’ is constant to plot his comeback to the UFC in 2026 for the event on the White House.

Who do you wish to see Jon Jones fight in his comeback?

With Cormier still holding his role as UFC commentator, he could have to place his feud with Jones aside to call his potentially last fight in the game.
