Social media influencer Tucker Genal has died, based on his brothers. He was 31.
“I don’t even know where to start,” Carson and Connor Genal wrote via Instagram on Monday, December 15. “You were my best friend and a good higher big brother. My entire life, I’ve spent looking as much as you and attempting to follow in your footsteps since you were all the time my hero.”
The brothers continued, “I do know one thing is for certain and that’s that I’ll proceed to spend the remaining of my life looking as much as you until we meet again. You were the kindest person I’ve ever met and the best brother that anyone could have ever asked for. We love you and can miss you eternally Tucker🤍.”
In line with the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner, Tucker died by suicide on Thursday, December 11, at a residence in Los Angeles.
“During this incredibly difficult time, we respectfully ask for privacy as we mourn and start to navigate life without him,” Carson and Connor shared of their joint Instagram post. “We’re deeply grateful for the kindness and understanding shown to our family.”
Soon after confirming their brother’s death, each Carson and Connor received hundreds of supportive messages from fans and followers.
“Sending an immense amount of affection and prayers to you and your loved ones,” former Dance Mothers alum Kendall Vertes wrote within the comments section. “I’m so so sorry to your loss🫶.”
Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star Deena Nicole Cortese added, “I’m so so sorry for you [sic] loss .. I’ve been following you all for some time now.. I can have began following Tucker first .. I never skipped a Genal brother video .. having two boys and my husband having two brothers which remind me quite a lot of all of you .. your videos felt familiar .. breaks my heart to listen to about your loss .. my heart is with you and your entire family 😢.”

Tucker earned greater than 3 million followers on TikTok and over 340,000 on Instagram due to videos often featuring his friends and siblings. The Genals also racked up over 1 million followers on their Hustle House TikTok account.
Within the months before his death, Tucker was in a position to experience unforgettable memories together with his brothers, including a visit to Dodger Stadium to observe the World Series.
He also attended RISE, which is described because the world’s largest sky lantern festival.
“Shoot for the moon,” he wrote via Instagram in October while visiting Las Vegas for the special event.
Before finding success online, Tucker studied business administration and management at Furman University, based on his Linkedin.
In Tucker’s final TikTok post, shared Wednesday, December 10, the influencer shared a group of photos from every month of 2025.
The post included an audible quote from comedian Ricky Gervais where he states, “I believe life is precious because you may’t watch it again. But when you realize you’re not going to be around ceaselessly, I believe that’s what makes life so magical.”
