Harbour was caught on camera in a bizarre moment over the weekend in Encinitas, California, after he was seen running off with one other patron’s hat outside an area bar.
The bizarre incident reportedly took place Saturday on the Encinitas Ale House. In video footage viewed by TMZ, the “Stranger Things” actor was seen entering the gastropub and later sprinting outside holding a white baseball cap.
As he ran, he reportedly glanced back and shouted, “C’mon, dude, f-cking get me.”
A visibly confused man appeared to follow him moments later, raising his hands and yelling, “What the f-ck did I do to you?” Several other patrons then stepped outside the bar, seemingly trying to grasp what had just happened.

A lady’s voice was also heard pleading, “Do not get right into a fight!” The situation reportedly ended with none physical confrontation, and the person eventually retrieved his hat before everyone went their separate ways.

Eyewitness Details Bizarre Bar Encounter Involving The Actor, Including Questions About The Iraq War
An eyewitness on the bar told TMZ that Harbour had initially walked past the venue with a friend when the person wearing the hat ran out to greet him.
In accordance with the witness, Harbour’s friend mentioned they were heading to satisfy some women, but Harbour then suggested going to the person’s house as an alternative, a comment the person found unsettling.
The person then returned contained in the bar shortly afterward. Not long after, Harbour allegedly entered the bar, grabbed the person’s hat, and ran back outside.
The witness claims Harbour threw the hat on the bottom, began asking people questions on the Iraq War, grew emotional, and at one point knelt all the way down to pray.

A source acquainted with the situation suggested that Harbour’s behavior could also be connected to his long-discussed struggles with bipolar disorder, noting that Harbour has been open concerning the condition previously.
“David has at all times been honest about managing his bipolar disorder,” the insider said. “Would not be surprised if that is what he’s coping with here after working non-stop all 12 months and having his personal life under public scrutiny.”
“That might be stressful for anyone, but much more so for somebody who’s bipolar,” the insider explained further.

The incident comes amid recent rumors involving Harbour and his “Stranger Things” co-star Millie Bobby Brown.
A report had claimed Brown filed a bullying or harassment criticism against Harbour during filming of the show’s final season, but each Brown and executive producer Shawn Levy have firmly denied the allegation.
Brown later emphasized her close relationship with Harbour, telling Deadline that the 2 share a powerful bond after years of playing a father-daughter duo on the Netflix series.
Their connection was also evident through the most up-to-date “Stranger Things” premiere, where Brown and Harbour were seen smiling, laughing, and sharing a hug on the red carpet.

The pair, who married in 2020, separated in December, after Allen publicly addressed the breakdown of their relationship on her recent album “West End Girl.”
On the record, Allen references a lady named “Madeline,” whom she alleges was involved with Harbour during their open marriage. The lady was later identified as Natalie Tippett, who has since denied claims that she had a three-year affair with the “Stranger Things” actor.
Despite the general public fallout, Harbour and Tippett have reportedly not fully severed ties and proceed to follow each other on Instagram.
