Organizations want high performance. This isn’t a secret. It helps the organization accomplish its goals and convey value. Individuals want the identical thing and for a similar reasons. They need to perform their goals, they usually wish to create value.

The RACI model intrigued me because I’m wondering what number of teams actually spend time discussing roles as a part of a project plan. I don’t recall ever being on a team where we had a deliberate conversation about this. And I’m wondering if teams spent more time on this aspect, it will help the group reach their goals faster and with fewer setbacks. Through RACI, everybody knows their role, can operate effectively, and conflict is reduced.
