Bachelor Nation star Kaity Biggar is likely to be able to part together with her breast implants.
“For many who don’t know, the women, they aren’t real,” Biggar, 31, said in a TikTok video shared on Friday, January 9, revealing that she was en path to a consultation to potentially have her implants removed. “We’re gonna take into consideration getting them taken out, so an explant.”
She continued, “We’re gonna see what the method goes to be like getting them taken out and the way much that might potentially cost.”
Biggar previously underwent a breast augmentation, a process she had began researching when she was in her “late teens.”
“It was really good [and] really informative,” the truth TV alum continued on Friday, recapping her appointment. “We went over all the pieces on this appointment. It’s a consultation. It was free, and we mainly talked about what it could appear to be, what would occur if I got them taken out.”
Biggar revealed that an explant surgery, the procedure to remove breast implants, would likely take around two hours to finish.
“I’d go under [anesthesia],” she said, noting most doctors remove your complete capsule from the patient’s chest. “When you’ve got an implant put into your body, that’s a foreign object, your body creates a capsule around it, so that they need to go in and take away that whole thing as well. I’d need to be put under because I would like them to take absolutely all the pieces.”
@kaitybiggar (.)(.) If yall have ANY questions ask away!!! I’ll say I’m quite educated in terms of breast implants! No, I’m not a health care provider but I actually have done numerous research on them since I used to be in my late teens. #breastaugmentation #explant #explantjourney #cosmeticsugery #explore
Biggar subsequently revealed that she was excited about a bilateral breast explant with total capsulectomy that costs roughly $11,500.
“For them to be put in, was like $14,700 — but that was Canadian money. I got my breasts done in Canada,” Greater said, noting she went to a physician in Ottawa for the unique surgery. “I went to a man that specialized in natural breast augmentations and he truthfully killed it. Great job.”
In keeping with Biggar, her implants even fooled now-husband Zach Shallcross.
“Zach didn’t even know I had breast implants when he first saw them,” she quipped of her spouse, whom she met on The Bachelor season 27. “So, mainly what happens [is the doctor] will take them out after which I’ll get two drains put in.”
She continued, “You’ll have [the drains] in for about two weeks, so I’d obviously should take two weeks off work, which is not any biggie. Go ahead, take me off the schedule. So, yeah, it’s pretty intense.”
Biggar, who has yet to make a call about whether or to not remove her implants, has continued to work as a nurse since she got engaged to Shallcross on The Bachelor in 2022. The pair said “I do” in May 2025.
“We’re so excited to begin our family. I believe we’re focusing immediately on the home,” Biggar exclusively told Us Weekly last month of the couple’s next steps together. “We’re constructing a house, so it’s gonna be ready in June or July, after which probably around then, we’re gonna start cooking one up.”
As for Shallcross, 29, he is especially excited to look at Biggar grow to be a mom.
“I do know she’ll be a fantastic mom because she does have such attention and take care of folks that she loves,” Shallcross gushed to Us. “She’s all the time pondering of others. She thinks of others before herself, and I do know that she’ll do this with our future kids.”
