Love Is Blind’s Alexa Lemieux revealed that she underwent a breast augmentation and now’s on the road to recovery.
“My girls got just a little ✨makeover✨ @Solomon Plastic Surgery,” the Netflix personality, 31, shared alongside a TikTok video on Tuesday, January 13, detailing what she had done within the clip captioned, “Get unready with me while I speak about my 🍒surgery.”
Lemieux shared that she is five days post-op and is already beginning to feel “back to normal.”
“I did a lift and an implant,” she said while wearing a surgical bra and washing her face before bed. “Recovery hasn’t been as tough as I assumed that it might be.”

Lemieux noted that she’s been wanting to get a boob job ever since she stopped breastfeeding her 17-month-old daughter, Vienna, telling her followers “my girls just never sat the identical.” The fact star identified that she was going to attend until she was done having kids, but “since that timeline shifted, I made a decision that there’s no time like the current.”
Us Weekly confirmed in December 2025 that Love Is Blind season 3 alum Brennon Lemieux filed for divorce from Alexa, claiming in his petition filed weeks prior in November that their marriage had “turn out to be insupportable.”
As for what led to the split, Brennon, 35, stated they were parting ways because of “conflict of personalities” that prevent any “reasonable expectation of reconciliation.” Within the docs, he also requested to retain any assets he had prior to their nuptials. (LIB season 3 viewers got to see Brennon and Alexa tie the knot in June 2021, which aired on Netflix the next 12 months. The now-exes went on to welcome daughter Vienna in July 2024.)
“Obviously, I actually have lots occurring in my life without delay and I actually have been working hard on healing the within,” Alexa said in her TikTok, crediting therapy for helping her process those emotions. “I also desired to do something for me on the surface.”
Alexa said she did “multiple consults” before deciding on her surgeon, revealing she wanted a natural, frame-fitting size that was not “in your face.”
“I did under the muscle, 425 ccs and they appear so incredible,” she added. “That is only a journey, a spot in my life that I didn’t necessarily think that I could be now and it’s so nice to do something for myself and to simply get back a few of the confidence that I actually have lost over the past little little bit of my life.”
Alexa said she is targeted on being the “best mom that I will be” and entering this “next phase” of her life “just feeling my absolute most confident self.”
The fact star also revealed she is worked up to see the outcomes once she fully heals from surgery.
When asked how she handled childcare post-op, Alexa shared, “I watched her solo 4 out of the 5 days post op. Definitely wasn’t in a position to the primary day after, but was in a position to rise up along with her starting day 2, but would recommend having someone with you the primary 3 full days as those were the toughest for me!”
