RFK Jr. Reveals President Donald Trump Has the Worst Eating Habits

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is sharing insight into President Donald Trump’s eating habits.

RFK Jr., 71, was asked which member of the president’s cabinet has “essentially the most unhinged eating habits” during his Tuesday, January 13, appearance on “The Katie Miller Podcast.”

“The president,” he responded. “You realize, the interesting thing in regards to the president is that he eats really bad food, which is McDonald’s. After which, , candy and Food plan Coke. But he drinks the Food plan Coke in any respect times.”

RFK Jr. quickly clarified that Trump doesn’t eat this manner on a regular basis.

“He says that the one time that he eats junk food is when he’s on the road,” he said. “And he desires to eat food from big corporations because he trusts it, he doesn’t need to get sick when he’s on the road. When he’s at Mar-a-Lago or on the White House, he’s eating really good food.”

Nonetheless, RFK Jr. noted that somebody traveling with the president would likely “get this concept that he’s just pumping himself filled with poison all day long.”

“And also you don’t understand how he’s walking around, much less being essentially the most energetic person, , any of us have ever met. But, I feel he actually does eat pretty good food often,” he continued, adding that Trump is “in incredible health.”

“You realize, [Dr. Mehmet Oz] has checked out his medical records and said he’s got the very best testosterone levels that he’s ever seen for a person over 70 years old,” RFK Jr. concluded. “I do know the president can be blissful that I repeat that.”

White House spokesperson Kush Desai confirmed RFK Jr.’s comments about Trump’s health in a press release to Fox News Digital.

“Secretary Kennedy is true: as his golf championships and flawless physical report results indicate, President Trump has the structure and energy levels most young people could only dream of getting,” Desai said.

Trump previously made headlines in November 2024 for a photograph shared by his son, Don Jr., which showed the then-president-elect sitting aboard his private plane with a platter of McDonald’s food in front of him. Don Jr., 48, RFK Jr., Elon Musk and house speaker Mike Johnson were also included within the photo with their very own McDonald’s meals.

Earlier that month, RFK Jr. said on “The Joe Polish Show” that “the stuff [Trump] eats is basically, like, bad.”

“Campaign food is all the time bad, however the food that goes onto that airplane is, like, just poison,” he said of the food on Trump’s private plane. “You could have a selection between – you don’t have the selection, you’re either given KFC or Big Macs. That’s while you’re lucky, after which the remaining of the stuff I consider type of inedible.”

Trump’s eating habits aren’t the one thing RFK Jr. has commented on recently. During an interview with CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes on January 8, RFK Jr. was asked whether he understood why his members of the family were “upset” by Trump’s decision to rename the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts to the Donald J. Trump and the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts.

“In fact. I understand it, but I actually have greater fish to fry,” he responded. “If we lose any children on this country to obesity, heart disease — 77 percent of our youngsters can’t qualify for the military. Saving one life is more essential to me than the name on a constructing.”
