How To Construct A 90-Day Marketing Plan You Can Actually Stick To

For those who’ve ever began the 12 months with big marketing goals only to lose momentum by February, you’re in good company. Most entrepreneurs don’t struggle with ideas — they struggle with focus and consistency.

That’s exactly why I teach a 90-day marketing plan framework inside our High Conversion Marketing Bootcamp. It’s easy, sustainable, and truly works along with your real life (not against it).

This post recaps Day 3 from our Launch & Plan: 12 months-End Mini-Challenge, where all the pieces got here together into a transparent, realistic plan for the primary 90 days of 2026.

🚀 Quick Catch-Up: What We Covered on Day 2

For those who missed Day 2, here’s the highlight:
Social Content That Converts

We broke down tips on how to create a straightforward, yearly content plan in about half-hour — without winging it, guessing, or being glued to your phone.

By the tip of the session, attendees had:
✔ A repeatable content framework
✔ A monthly rhythm they’ll reuse
✔ A plan that matches real life (aka no perfection required)

For those who’re not inside CRP yet, you may still get all three days’ recordings while you join the High Conversion Marketing 90-Day Bootcamp:

Enrollment is just $19 through this week after which it closes!

Why This Matters

On yesterday’s live call, we had one of the best informal Q&A concerning the fear of going live, being seen, and putting your ideas on video.

I shared that 2026 can also be my “show up” 12 months. I’m pushing myself by writing consistently again — I just launched my Substack, where I’m writing about motherhood, purpose, systems, routines, and my first 11 years of mom-life.

A few of you asked for the link — thanks for the support. Truly. It meant greater than you already know.

That is the day where all of it comes together — no more guessing what to post, trying all the pieces, or starting the 12 months already behind.

This session is about constructing a marketing plan that works on your season of life, your corporation model, and your energy.

1️⃣ Welcome + Reframe Marketing

We began by acknowledging why marketing feels overwhelming and why it’s not your fault. Most business owners make two mistakes:

Mistake #1 — Annual planning with zero mileage
It sounds strategic, but it surely’s often too big and too far-off to execute.

Mistake #2 — Attempting to do all the pieces directly
Business is seasonal and so is marketing.

Why 90 days works:
✔ Focus
✔ Data
✔ Iteration
✔ Momentum

Goal: Start the session with clarity as a substitute of pressure.

2️⃣ Select Your Focus for the Quarter

That is where all the pieces clicked for people. Most entrepreneurs are split across too many ideas, which creates friction as a substitute of results.

Inside this section we:
✔ Identified primary & secondary offers
✔ Outlined what we’re not specializing in
✔ Aligned marketing to current life season
✔ Used the 90-day plan template (included in Bootcamp)

Goal: One clear direction as a substitute of scattered effort.

3️⃣ Map Your 90-Day Marketing Calendar

We zoomed out and turned the following 90 days into an actual marketing rhythm using a big-picture calendar. We plugged in:

  • Monthly themes

  • Launch/promo windows

  • Content blocks

  • Live events/webinars

  • Podcast/video

  • Email campaigns

  • Sales call days

  • Rest windows

I built out my Google Calendar live using my January Certification launch for instance.

Goal: A Q1 plan that feels spacious, not stressful.

4️⃣ Discover Your Key “Money Moves”

Not all marketing makes money. Some builds awareness. Some builds trust. Some directly drives revenue.

Your job is to know which is which.

For me, my money moves are:
💰 Sales calls
💰 Webinars
💰 Email marketing

Not Instagram. Not YouTube. Not podcasts. Those feed into the cash moves — but they don’t replace them.

Goal: Know which actions move the business forward financially.

5️⃣ Create a Sustainable Weekly Marketing Rhythm

That is where the overwhelm lifted for lots of attendees. We designed a straightforward weekly rhythm that’s realistic even in messy seasons.

My weekly rhythm includes:
✔ Day by day 15-min Instagram checklist
✔ Weekly podcast/video
✔ Weekly newsletter (for longevity + authority)
✔ 1–2 webinars or promotions/month
✔ Day by day lead magnet promotion

Goal: A marketing rhythm that works even on imperfect weeks.

🎁 Bonus: Your 90-Day Launch Plan

We finished by turning the plan into execution — because planning without motion is just a fairly spreadsheet.

We covered:
✔ First 7 days of execution
✔ Avoiding the planning→procrastination cycle
✔ Creating momentum without burnout

Goal: Walk away knowing exactly what to do next.

At the tip of Day 3, attendees walked away with:

✔ A full 90-day marketing calendar
✔ A repeatable weekly marketing rhythm
✔ Defined money moves
✔ Confidence in what to prioritize

You’ll be able to get the total challenge replay contained in the High Conversion Marketing 90-Day Bootcamp.

It includes:
✔ All challenge recordings
✔ Planning templates
✔ January annual plan review bonus
✔ 90-day plan template
✔ Tools + worksheets

Only $19 through this week — then it closes!
