Alan Shearer has provided us along with his latest round of Premier League predictions heading into one other packed weekend of motion.
Arsenal are seven points clear on the summit and host a Manchester United side once more showing signs of life under Michael Carrick on Sunday afternoon.
Before then, Burnley can pile the pressure right back on Thomas Frank after they host Tottenham on Saturday with Liverpool on the road at Bournemouth.
Newcastle United and Aston Villa meet in what could possibly be a thriller at St James’ Park while Crystal Palace will hope to finish a thoroughly miserable week on a high at home to Chelsea.
As ever, England legend and Betfair ambassador Alan Shearer has revealed his Premier League predictions to Metro.
West Ham United vs Sunderland
I obviously criticised West Ham heavily for his or her defeat at Wolves, but every little thing that was missing in that game got here out within the performance at Spurs. They played on the front foot, were confident, and at the very least had a go, a fight, and a scrap. All those stuff you need. It was significantly better, they usually deserved their victory, albeit within the last minute.

Sunderland won last day trip, but they’re away from home this time. They’ve proven this season that anyone going head-to-head with them has to play well to beat them.
Prediction: Draw
Burnley vs Tottenham Hotspur
I do know Spurs won within the Champions League this week, and Dominic Solanke getting his goal will do him the world of fine, despite their poor home form.
Their away form is different; I suppose the shackles are off after they travel. Burnley haven’t been excellent, despite the purpose at Liverpool. Only for the sake of Tottenham being away from home, where they appear more comfortable, I’m not with any huge confidence, but I’ll say Spurs.
Prediction: Tottenham win
Fulham vs Brighton
It’s difficult to predict Brighton. Due to standards they’ve set through the years, you possibly view them in a different way, but I had them somewhere around mid-table, and that’s where they’ll find yourself. We all know what their model is. That is one other tough one to predict, but I’m going to go along with Fulham.
Prediction: Fulham win
Man City vs Wolves
I do know Man City have been in a rut, and the last two performances have been unacceptable. But they’re back at home against the underside club. I do know Wolves have found a little bit of form they’re unbeaten in 4 and took a degree off Newcastle – but I can’t go against Man City at home against the underside club.

We’ve got said before that “in case you desire a game, you would like Wolves,” however it is a rather different Wolves now with the advance during the last 4 games. Nonetheless, I still think City have an excessive amount of for them at home, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Haaland got back on the scoresheet with a pair or more.
Prediction: Man City win
Bournemouth vs Liverpool
Bournemouth is a troublesome place to go. Liverpool are unbeaten in 13 now, but we don’t know what to anticipate from them. If the Liverpool that played at Marseille turn up, then they’ll win the points, but that hasn’t at all times been the case within the league. Due to that uncertainty and them playing away from home, I’m going to sit down on the fence.
Prediction: Draw

Brentford vs Nottingham Forest
Brentford were unlucky against Chelsea; they’d three or 4 really big possibilities and missed them. They’re back at home, and regardless that there was a mix-up with the fixtures, I’m sticking with them. Due to how they’re playing and the probabilities they’re creating, I feel they’ll make it very difficult.
Forest are in a relegation battle, there’s little question about it. I feel the three who’re within the relegation zone will go down.
Prediction: Brentford win
Crystal Palace vs Chelsea
Chelsea are winning, which is a positive, but they haven’t really been that spectacular performance-wise.

There may be probably no higher time to play Crystal Palace than without delay, with all of the turmoil regarding the manager and players leaving or wanting to go away. Simply because of that situation with Palace, I’ll back Chelsea.
It’s too early to inform with Liam Rosenior, he’s played in every competition and he’s had a superb start when it comes to results.
Prediction: Chelsea win
Newcastle United vs Aston Villa
Bruno Guimarães going off injured for Newcastle is a worry depending on how bad it’s, but Newcastle’s home form has been superb. I wouldn’t go against anyone with Newcastle at St James’ Park; it’s been very different to their away form. For that reason, I’m backing them.
Prediction: Newcastle win
Arsenal vs Manchester United
We all know the best way United are going to play. They are going to want Arsenal to attack them in order that they can hit them on the break, a classic example was the Mbeumo goal last week against City.

Nonetheless, I used to be in Milan on Tuesday watching Arsenal; Arteta made six or seven changes to the team that played Forest, they usually were still very impressive. Additionally they don’t need to worry about Europe next Wednesday because they’re guaranteed first or second, in order that they can play their strongest team without distraction.
Despite what we saw from Man United last week, I feel Arsenal will edge it. It’ll be a very tough game, likely decided by one goal.
Prediction: Arsenal win
Everton vs Leeds United
What a result for Everton last week at Villa; not many thought they may go there and win. But I’ve been impressed with Leeds, just their attitude and the way the manager has them playing. I feel they’ll go to Goodison Park and get something.
Prediction: Draw
