Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batter Ruturaj Gaikwad shared a snapshot from a gym workout alongside his wife, Utkarsha Pawar, in the course of the ongoing five-match T20I series between India and Latest Zealand, with the Men in Blue hosting the Kiwis.
The image featured the CSK star posing with Utkarsha inside a gym, with workout equipment visible within the background. Ruturaj sported a green full-sleeve t-shirt paired with black athletic shorts accented by blue stripes, together with white crew socks.
Utkarsha opted for a white gym top and blue high-waisted leggings, holding a pair of shoes and a blue water bottle. Gaikwad tagged his wife within the post and added the caption:
“No rest days when she’s around.”
Ruturaj Gaikwad is currently representing Maharashtra within the Ranji Trophy 2025–26. He has been in positive domestic form, scoring 413 runs in seven matches within the Vijay Hazare Trophy, including two centuries and a fifty.
He featured in the house ODI series against South Africa but was dropped for the Latest Zealand ODIs and has not played a T20I since 2024.

Ruturaj Gaikwad is ready to resume captaincy duties for Chennai Super Kings within the IPL 2026.
