Meghan Trainor stands by her selection to grow her family through what she described as “the safest way.”
The “Made You Look” singer is being vocal about her stance that the standard paths should not the one ways to construct a family. Welcoming her third child, Mikey Moon, her first daughter, was so surreal for her, bringing tears of joy.
Meghan Trainor can be mom to her older two kids, sons Riley and Barry, each of whom she personally birthed. She may be the very best mom on the planet on certain terms but was recently tagged the leader of the mean mothers group within the recent scandal.

Adding the most recent member and first girl child to the family has been nothing but joy for Trainor and her husband, Daryl Sabara. They welcomed Mikey Moon on Sunday, January 18, 2026, via surrogate, an option the singer is grateful to have.
Trainor shared that, having carried her two other children, surrogacy was not their first selection, but after limitless conversations with their doctors, it was the safest way for them to proceed growing their family.
PEOPLE shared the 32-year-old’s message, which is the great thing about surrogacy as a solution to construct a family. She stressed that “It isn’t something to whisper about or judge,” since it is fueled by “trust, science, love, and teamwork.”

“Every family’s journey looks different, and all of them are extremely valid,” Trainor said before, happily praising their surrogacy, whose identity was not revealed for his or her selfless sacrifice and determination to make the experience incredible.

The Doting Mom Had Challenges With Her Previous Pregnancies

It isn’t any secret that pregnancy and childbirth include their pains and struggles, and Trainor was dealt a hand of them. In her 2023 pregnancy and parenting book “Dear Future Mama,” the entertainer detailed the struggles she faced during and after her first two pregnancies.
Riley spent days within the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) as he had difficulty respiration on his own. She later revealed that she suffered post-traumatic stress disorder following Riley’s birth, when he was rushed to the NICU with Sabara while she was still on the surgical table.

Together with her second son, Barry, she went through a roller coaster of physical and mental distress until she reached a breaking point. She was alone, exhausted, and experiencing panic attacks. These situations made the singer realize how difficult and traumatic becoming a mother is.

Trainor’s photo dump baby arrival announcement featured a series of heartwarming images. One in every of the photographs shows the brand new mom of three, shirtless, cuddling her baby girl with tear-clouded eyes.

After the primary TikTok didn’t receive much love from fans, the entertainer made a second attempt to clear her name from the drama.
Tisdale’s essay covered that she was removing herself from being friends with a bunch of mean mothers. Popular opinion was that the group included stars like Meghan Trainor, Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, and designer Samii Ryan.
The second post also carried a message of denial of her involvement with the toxic mom group. She mouthed the words from the viral “Stranger Things” sound. “Come on, you’ve gotten to consider me! Please, you’ve gotten to consider me, you’ve gotten to consider me,” the mom of three said with the sound.
The Blast shared that with this one, she openly declared innocence, “I swear I’m innocent,” she captioned the post. Fans were more drawn to the second video than the primary.
