Terry Crews’ daughter Azriél Patricia Crews is recalling a confronting experience she had with a famous actor when she was a young person.
Azriél, who Terry shares with wife Rebecca King-Crews, took to Instagram on Friday, January 23 to share a story about how she was “hit on by a creepy actor at a star wedding” when she was 16.
In the two-part video, Azriél, 35, didn’t name the actor in query but detailed what occurred on the star-studded nuptials.
Azriél explained that she was initially introduced to the actor at a pre-wedding event by her parents, who already knew him.
“My mom introduced me to him as her 16-year-old, so he was thoroughly aware of my age and he was friendly at first and I used to be a fan of his work so I used to be actually really excited to satisfy him. At first,” Azriél said.
Nonetheless, Azriél said things began to take a turn at the marriage itself when the actor took it upon himself to take a seat next to her in the course of the ceremony.
“We arrived on the ceremony and we found some seats which were unassigned but then, as if on cue, creepy actor slides into the seat next to me and he says, ‘Funny meeting you here.’ As if he didn’t intentionally select that seat. They weren’t assigned. That was my first official red flag,” she recalled.
After moving to a brand new venue for the reception following the ceremony Azriél was seated at a table along with her parents.
“I need to take a seat back and revel in my evening when rapidly, who sits next to me? However the creepy actor. Someway his name was on the placecard next to mine which… coincidence? I’ll never know. So then he leans over to me and says, ‘Well hello again.’” she said.
She continued, “Suddenly I feel a hand caress the back of my arm and so I turn to him and he’s smiling at me creepily and he says, ‘Are you having fun with yourself?’ So I said, ‘Yes’ and he goes, ‘Well, don’t act too civilized.’ And that was when I spotted that his knee was pressed against my knee under the table. And that’s once I turned to my mother and I said I would like to go to the toilet now.”

When she reached the toilet, Azriél informed her mom of the situation happening back on the table
“My mother immediately believed me and being the Christian woman that she is, held my hands and began praying with me in the toilet. We prayed that he would go away us alone because we didn’t wish to must tell my father and cause a scene at this big star-studded event,” Azriél said. “And once we got back to the table, miraculously he was gone. Was it a solution to prayer? Possibly. Or it was the very fact he realized he had gone too far. We never saw him for the remaining of the night.”
Azriél shared that she then had a very fun time for the remaining of the night and noted that this actor has “publicly disgraced himself many repeatedly” within the years since.
