A British mum-of-three has allegedly been stabbed to death by her ex-partner at her home in Spain.
Victoria Hart’s 11-year-old son reportedly fled to call for help after his mum was attacked, in keeping with local reports.
The teen, who has two twin sisters aged seven, is alleged to have called his grandmother and told her: ‘My dad just killed my mum.’
A person, said to be her ex-partner, was arrested on suspicion of murder after he allegedly handed himself in on the local prison, telling staff: ‘Arrest me, I’ve done something very bad.’
The alleged knife attack took place at a residential estate in Alhuarin el Grande, a 50-minute drive inland from Marbella, on Saturday.
Emergency services were alerted around 11.30am, in keeping with Spanish newspaper SUR, after Victoria’s neighbours reportedly heard her cries.
Cops already found the mum, 33, dead after they arrived.

A kitchen knife was recovered from the scene and seized by investigators.
In line with local paper Malaga Hoy, the suspect then handed himself in on the nearby Alhaurín de la Torre Prison.
The outlet reports he allegedly told staff: ‘Arrest me, I’ve done something very bad’.
He also reportedly told prison staff three children were contained in the house where the murder took place, adding ‘I lost my mind’.
Victoria’s friends labelled him an ‘animal’ as tributes for the mum poured in online.
One post read: ‘RIP Victoria Hart. That is devastating news.
‘We want to arise against domestic violence on this country and work against those that are protecting these animals.
‘My prayers are with the family at this terrible time.’
One other friend, Elaine Mawer, added in a message to a relative of Victoria’s, believed to be her mum, said: ‘I’m heartbroken. This could never have happened.
‘Them poor children. Deepest condolences to Sue Hart and all of the family. Victoria will probably be very sadly missed.’
Joanne Wilson wrote: ‘There’s no words on this world that might describe a phenomenal person, an amazing mother, an amazing friend. Victoria Hart you will probably be missed.
‘My heart is broken and I still can’t imagine it. RIP my angel. I’ll miss you greater than anyone on this world would think.
‘Sending my like to the children’ mum, Sue and Gemma and all your loved ones.
‘There’s not many individuals as perfect as Victoria Hart.’

Victoria is assumed to have moved to Spain from the West Midlands, running her own business as a hairdresser and beautician.
Her estranged husband, who was from Alhaurin el Grande, reportedly had a restraining order stopping him from approaching her or going to the family home.
The ex-partner, who is anticipated to seem in court tomorrow, also owned a chicken rotisserie within the town of nearly 28,000 people.
Alhaurin el Grande Town Council said in an announcement: ‘The Town Council of Alhaurin el Grande expresses its deepest sorrow on the murder of a girl in her thirties, of British nationality, which took place in our municipality this morning.
‘The town council would love to convey our deepest condolences and support to the victim’s family and friends, in addition to our absolute rejection and condemnation of this act of gender-based violence, a social scourge that seriously violates human rights and which we must eradicate with the involvement of the entire of society.
‘The Mayor of Alhaurin el Grande, Anthony Bermudez, on behalf of the Town Council, has declared Monday 26 January 2026 an official day of mourning as an indication of respect and solidarity.’
A spokesman for the Civil Guard in Malaga said: ‘The Civil Guard is investigating the death of a girl in Alhaurin el Grande.
‘Her ex-partner has been arrested because the alleged killer.’
The Foreign Office yesterday told The Sun: ‘We now have not been approached for consular assistance, but our staff stand able to support British Nationals overseas 24/7.’
