Haley Baylee‘s legal battle together with her ex-husband Matt Kalil takes a brand new turn as her lawyer claims she was well inside her rights to share an “autobiographical account of sexual trauma” she endured.
The TikTok star’s lawyer also shared that any try and uphold Kalil’s lawsuit would “directly undermine” the state of Minnesota’s commitment to free speech.

Haley Kalil, famously often known as Haley Baylee, is moving to dismiss her ex-husband’s invasion of privacy lawsuit against her after she made public comments in regards to the size of his private part.
In keeping with TMZ Sports, her lawyer, Matthew Bialick, recently shared that she believes a judge would grant their petition and toss out Matt’s suit.
“We moved to dismiss the grievance because Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is very important now greater than ever,” Bialick said.
“Allowing a lawsuit to proceed against a lady for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma would directly undermine those core values. We consider the motion will likely be granted,” the legal expert added.

In a court document obtained by Page Six, she declared how the previous NFL offensive tackle had a “specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a standard sexual relationship inconceivable” and that they’d a “loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unlucky physical incompatibility.”
“Plaintiff’s grievance seeks to carry a lady in the general public eye civilly chargeable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the top of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star,” the court papers state.
At the center of the previous couple’s standoff is Baylee’s comment about their breakup when she appeared on a livestream with Twitch streamer Marlon.

The pair were married for seven years from 2015 until she filed for divorce in 2022, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Within the Twitch stream, Baylee detailed how Kalil’s manhood size was the “biggest factor” of their breakup, as making love seemingly became painful.
“We were attempting to do the rattling thing and [putting in work in their marriage],” she shared.
“Dead-ss … for our whole marriage, dead-ss. But I used to be going to try all of it. We tried all of it: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type sh-t … That is why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself,” Baylee continued.

Matt Kalil Believes His Ex-Wife’s Motion Will Be ‘Completely Denied’

Meanwhile, Kalil’s lawyer, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, told TMZ Sports that he believes that Baylee’s motion could be “completely denied” in court.
“Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss doesn’t dispute the indisputable fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the legal expert said, adding that a “spouse doesn’t have a right to show private and confidential marital and sexual details for the aim of profiting.”
In his suit, Kalil accused Baylee of taking advantage of the comments in addition to garnering a number of social media followers because of this. He also said he received “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the general public” following her comment.
He’s suing for $75,000 in damages and needs a jury trial.

Haley Baylee Said She Was ‘Hurt’ By Her Ex-Husband’s Filing

Amid the continuing legal battle, Baylee shared that she was “hurt” by Kalil’s filing and didn’t expect it, as she didn’t say it to harm him.
