Meredith Marks had one among her hardest seasons yet on the recently concluded sixth outing of the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City,” but despite being in the midst of constant drama, she stood her ground and held her snowflake even tighter.
In a brand new interview, Marks addressed a few of the season’s biggest controversies, where she stands with the solid, former solid member Jen Shah, and more.

Meredith Marks Sets The Record Straight On The Infamous Plane Incident That Monopolized The Season
Speaking exclusively with Variety on the last Sundance Film Festival in Salt Lake City, Marks shared her perspective on the alleged incident on the plane that led to a confrontation with solid member Britain Bateman.
“I vented to Lisa,” Marks began. “It was the fallacious place and the fallacious time. The whole lot I said, I had said to Britani’s face, so I don’t regret saying it. It wasn’t like I used to be gossiping behind someone’s back.
“So, I’m not going be sorry for that. I’m not going to apologize for physical actions, because they didn’t occur. There isn’t any video for one reason: Those things didn’t occur,” she continued.
Despite claims from other solid members, Marks stands firm that she did offer Bateman an apology for the outburst, which was conspicuously not captured by Bravo cameras.

“I did apologize that Britani’s feelings were hurt by that, because I don’t need to hurt someone’s feelings. That’s not my intention,” she said.

Marks Shared That Bateman’s Attack On Her Marriage Crossed The Line

Through the middle of the season, Bateman brought up a TikTok video that claimed that Marks’ husband, Seth, was cheating on her, while your complete solid was on a yacht in Greece.
When asked why Bateman’s actions triggered her a lot, the fact star explained that it was the intent behind it.
“What bothered me was we don’t normally follow little TikTok storylines. So why suddenly are we following that? Why was that OK? That’s why I used to be so bugged,” she admitted.
Marks further alleged that Bateman’s hyperfocus on her marriage was a tactic of projection, as a consequence of Bateman’s drama-filled on/off relationship with Jared Osmond.

”Britani desires to project her miserable relationship onto me,” she told the outlet. “I’m sick of it. My marriage has come under fire. Yes, we went through a horrible time. I talked about it, but after I am saying things are good now, you don’t need to imagine me. You need to say I’m this crazy liar.”

She Gave A Rundown Of Where She Stands With Her Forged Mates Following The Reunion

‘RHOSLC’ fans already know that Marks and bestie Lisa Barlow are good today, despite a season two hot mic moment that just about derailed their friendship for good.
On Heather: “I suppose we weren’t ever friends. That’s what that tells me. I believed we were, so it’s just sad to me. You showed me who you might be.”
On Bronwyn: “It’s problematic for me. Bronwyn knew she was lying about that dinner Seth had in Latest York City. She must come clean with it. Apologize. Admit she is a liar. You clearly have an issue with the reality. Come clean.”
On Mary: “Mary and I appear to be in place. I’m just slightly confused by her because she at all times tells me she loves me, after which I got slightly bit blindsided by a few of the comments she made.”
Regarding Katsanevas and Rose, things between Marks and Katsanevas appear to be advantageous, or no less than cordial. Nevertheless, any long-time viewer of ‘RHOSLC’ knows that Rose and Marks have never been friends, and her behavior towards Marks all season (and in the course of the reunion) indicates that it won’t change anytime soon.

Marks Also Addressed Her Status On The Upcoming Season
After such an explosive reunion and her being one among two (Lisa Barlow was the opposite) solid members in the midst of a takedown in the course of the season, many fans were questioning if Marks can be open to reducing her role on the show, given the continued toxicity.
She promptly told Variety that she “wouldn’t be willing” to take a “friend of” role, and that she’s “really optimistic that things might be more fair next season.”
Jen Shah’s Prison Release And Potential ‘RHOSLC’ Return Was Also Discussed

Despite Marks previously sharing that she had spoken to Jen Shah while she was imprisoned, she told the outlet that, currently, things are a bit unclear between them.
“I don’t know where Jen and I are at. We had a really tumultuous relationship. I do imagine in second possibilities,” she said. Nevertheless, she stays hopeful that Shah’s post-prison life will bring a few change and a possible friendship.
“Obviously, if she doesn’t turn things around, there’s nowhere to go, but I’m rooting for her to do well in her life. Whether which means I even have an element of it or not, I don’t know,” Marks said.
