Daniel Farke hailed Arsenal because the ‘best team in Europe’ after Leeds United’s 4-0 defeat on Saturday.
Mikel Arteta’s side have moved seven points clear at the highest of the Premier League following a formidable performance at Elland Road.
Martin Zubimendi headed in Noni Madueke’s cross to place Arsenal in front before an own goal from goalkeeper Karl Darlow from Madueke’s corner doubled the Gunners’ lead.
Viktor Gyokeres then found the online for the second successive game within the second half before a neat finish from Gabriel Jesus wrapped up Arsenal’s victory.
‘To start with, congratulations to Arsenal,’ Farke said after Leeds’ loss.

‘After all we were realistic before we faced today one of the best side currently in Europe. There are the reason why this team is sitting on top of the table within the Premier League, why this team is one of the best team currently in Europe, eight wins out of eight Champions League games.
‘And naturally, you wish an ideal day in an effort to give yourself a likelihood and likewise a little bit of luck that this side is probably not there with their best day and never super effective.
‘But today, sadly, we didn’t have our perfect day. They were on it from the primary to the last second. For that, they deserved to win this game.
‘Now we have to simply accept their quality today. Now we have to say congratulations, they were higher. For that, there just isn’t an excessive amount of to over-interpret into this game. After all, they need to take the frustration from today.
‘This sort of game just isn’t season-defining. We are going to put this game pretty quick to bed and from tomorrow on we concentrate only on Nottingham Forest here on Friday evening.’
Farke also singled out Gabriel Jesus for special praise, describing the Brazilian’s movement as ‘unbelievable’.
‘I believe on the whole the important thing was today that we didn’t find the answer to create possibilities against them, to attain goals,’ Farke said.
‘Whatever we did today, in the primary half, against our processes they all the time found a solution so we modified the bottom formation within the second half, we brought different form of offensive players on, we brought many offensive pondering players on as well but whatever we did they all the time had a solution.
‘We weren’t able to actually create possibilities and this was the primary a part of our game.

‘The second part, against the ball, in the primary half out of the sport I can’t really remember a likelihood for them but obviously set pieces are also a giant topic for them. I believe we gave just a few too many away.
‘Moreover, we defended the corners pretty spot on but the issue was for those who then clear sometimes a corner and there’s a second phase and to concede out of this example that was tricky.
‘After all it’s a crossing situation and we’re then within the centre over-shifting to the primary post and had an underload they usually had a comparatively easy 1-0.
‘The second was roughly an own goal probably, at the very least there was not likely one Arsenal player near it. After all we must always defend this example higher, for those who concede two goals like this and you might be 2-0 down against one of the best side in Europe then it was all the time clear it could be an extended afternoon.
‘Again, one death you’ve to die, we decided to go for it within the second half and to try with one goal to have a foot back into the door.
‘I believe we had 20, 25 good minutes but we weren’t able really to create good possibilities in these moments and reap the benefits of it and, in fact, to alter back to a back 4.
‘The gaps were then roughly a bit greater for his or her offensive players after which Viktor Gyokeres and particularly Gabriel Jesus was unbelievable with movement for the fourth goal, they showed then their quality and what they’ll do in the event that they have a bit more room.
‘For that, again their offensive quality was higher today. After all, we could have defended the situation in the primary half higher, to be 2-0 down was in fact the important thing because otherwise we wouldn’t have needed to take more risks and will have stayed a bit more solid.
‘But once you might be 2-0 down in a house game, it’s not like we wanted to simply accept a 2-0, we still desired to go for it and for that not too many hard feelings and just congratulations for the standard Arsenal have shown today.’
