At the very least eight people have died after a coach overturned and crashed 50ft down a ravine in Turkey.
Passengers were said to have been thrown out of the bus because it plummeted down the slope within the southern coastal city of Antalya.
The driving force reportedly lost control of the steering wheel because the coach approached a multi-level intersection in heavy fog and slippery conditions.
As many as 26 people have been injured within the crash, with a number believed to be in a critical condition.
Emergency employees and rescue teams are on site on the wreckage, where the coach slammed through roadside barriers.
Provincial Gov. Hulusi Sahin said: ‘The bottom was wet and there was also fog in the realm. It’s not a spot to hurry, nevertheless it seems the bus was speeding.’
The bus, operated by Buzlu, had been travelling overnight from Tekirdag in Turkey’s northwest and was heading to Antalya.
