Twitch streamer and rapper Aspen Kartier has the web buzzing after a video of her seemingly disciplining her dog circulated online. Amid the noise, many have reacted because the 19-year-old faces serious charges following her recent arrest in relation to the incident.

Aspen Kartier Faces Animal Cruelty Charges
On the night of Friday, January 30, reports circulated online that Aspen Kartier, whose legal name is Aspen Easterlling, had been arrested. In line with TMZ, Brookhaven police said they received multiple complaints tied to a circulating video. Authorities added that they gathered enough evidence to acquire each a search warrant for her residence and an arrest warrant. The streamer was reportedly taken into custody around 9:30 p.m.
While the investigation stays ongoing, officials stated that the three-month-old Maltipoo found contained in the residence gave the impression to be in good health. Animal control responded to the scene and took the dog into protective custody.
