‘The Bronze Bomber’ didn’t like where this interview went…
Deontay Wilder is gearing up for his return to motion this coming April, having not fought since a knockout win over Tyrrell Anthony Herndon last June.
That result marked the previous WBC heavyweight champion’s first victory within the boxing ring since 2022 and only his second since 2019.
The American’s difficult run included two losses to Tyson Fury, each of which saw ‘The Bronze Bomber’ finished inside the gap.
And ahead of Wilder’s showdown with Derek Chisora, the 40-year-old was not keen to reflect on his memorable trilogy with ‘The Gypsy King’.

Deontay Wilder storms out of interview after presenter accuses him of ‘disappointing’ Tyson Fury remarks
After their first fight resulted in a controversial split draw, Fury knocked Wilder out of their rematch. Ahead of their trilogy bout, ‘The Bronze Bomber’ accused his British rival of illegal tactics.
Wilder claimed that Fury cheated of their second fight through the use of “loaded gloves.” That allegation got here up when the American was recently interviewed on talkSPORT ahead of his UK debut on April 4.
Presenter Simon Jordan brought up Fury and persevered together with his point despite Wilder’s immediate rejection of the subject.
“I don’t need to discuss him,” Wilder said, raising his voice. “We’re not going to discuss him in any respect. Understand that!
“Let’s move on. It’s all about Derek Chisora, and that’s it!”
When Jordan mentioned the cheating allegations, Wilder reiterated that Fury is the “biggest in boxing.”
The British presenter then suggested it was “flaky” and “disappointing” to listen to the ex-champ make such claims after a loss.
“You possibly can say what you would like. I do know the reality, I even have the facts!” Wilder said while exploding on Jordan. “Understand that!”
Wilder then stormed out of the interview, continuing to yell at Jordan about his line of questioning.

Deontay Wilder reveals how he would beat Oleksandr Usyk

The brutal knockout artist told Bloody Elbow that he knows the right way to take the Ukrainian’s ‘0’.
“I’d think that might be the important recipe of it,” Wilder said regarding his renowned right hand.
“I’m not going to present away an excessive amount of on this interview because individuals are looking and I don’t want nothing to be heard.
“They could send something back and take a look at to correct certain things, but I’ll keep it basic. I do have the speed and the peak and the athleticism, that are three things that give me a bonus,” he added.
