The film was released in theatres on January 10, 2026, but turned out to be a box office dud. It reportedly managed to earn only about ₹79.4 crores against a production budget of ₹150-250 crores.
Nevertheless, the film now expects to make a fresh start within the OTT space, targeting a brand new set of audiences. It would be interesting to see if OTT viewers can redeem the movie’s theatrical slump with their approval.
