Alan Shearer is back to provide us his latest round of Premier League predictions ahead of one other packed weekend of motion.

Manchester United and Tottenham get us up and running in Saturday’s early kick-off in a repeat of last season’s Europa League final. Against one in every of his former clubs, Michael Carrick can proceed his perfect begin to life at Old Trafford.

Arsenal are at home to Sunderland, one in every of the few sides they’ve dropped points to this season as they give the impression of being to take one other step towards the title.

Manchester City can be hoping for a slip-up on the Emirates but there title challenge may very well be over for good in the event that they fail to get a result at Liverpool on Sunday.

As ever, England legend and Betfair ambassador Alan Shearer has revealed his Premier League predictions to Metro.

Leeds vs Nottingham Forest

It is a tough one to call with each teams desperate for points. It was an awesome weekend for each teams with West Ham losing within the last minute to Chelsea. With a lot at stake for each clubs, I’ll go for a draw.

Manchester United vs Tottenham

With Spurs, their away form isn’t too bad. Having said that, Man United are at home and flying. For that reason, I’ll go for a Man United win.

Benjamin Sesko got an enormous goal last week but hasn’t really began at Man United, he’s been out and in so it’s very much like Newcastle’s situation with their strikers. He has to point out lots more, but that goal will do his confidence the world of fine and he can be hoping he can play an enormous part again this week.

Prediction – Manchester United win

Arsenal vs Sunderland

I don’t think Sunderland will turn their home form into away form this weekend. At home they’ve been amazing but going to Arsenal, with the shape they’re in and the way they’re playing, Arsenal can have an excessive amount of for them. Home win.

Prediction – Arsenal win

Bournemouth vs Aston Villa

It was a shock that Aston Villa didn’t beat 10-man Brentford last week. They’ve been superb within the league this season and Bournemouth have been up and down. I’ll say Villa will bounce back here and take the points.

Prediction – Aston Villa win

Burnley vs West Ham

West Ham were good in the primary half against Chelsea. The style by which they lost last week can have hurt. Todibo is suspended but Burnley give me no confidence in any way that they’ll win a game. It’ll be an uncomfortable draw.

It’s an enormous opportunity for West Ham to choose up points. They should take it. They’ll’t afford to throw it away, but I don’t think they are going to try this and I’ll go for the teams to share the points.

Prediction – Draw

Fulham vs Everton

It is a really tough one to call. Fulham were unlucky against Man United losing in the ultimate stages of the sport having done well to return back from two goals down. Everton and Moyesy are doing an awesome job though. I don’t think it’ll be an awesome game, but I’ll go for an Everton win.

Prediction – Everton win

Wolves vs Chelsea

I feel Chelsea can be higher than they were in midweek. There’s a special expectation and so they’re up against a special quality of team. I feel we’ll see a special Chelsea this week and if there’s a game you wish to bounce back, you’d need to be playing one in every of the underside three. Chelsea win.

Prediction – Chelsea win

Chelsea v Brentford - Premier League

Newcastle vs Brentford

Newcastle were poor the last time they were at home against Aston Villa and were punished. This a troublesome one to call. Not many expected Brentford to beat Aston Villa in the style they did. With Newcastle back at home with the St James’ Park crowd, I’ll say Newcastle to win.

Nonetheless, the noise will get lots louder if Newcastle don’t win this one for each the team and Eddie Howe.

Prediction – Newcastle win

Brighton vs Crystal Palace

They’ve got a little bit of history these two. Palace still find themselves in an uncomfortable situation and may’t seem to seek out any form in any way. I’ll go for a Brighton home win.

The Strand Larsen of last season can lift Crystal Palace but I’m undecided this season’s version can. It’s unbelievable sum of money to pay for somebody who has one league goal this season. He has to point out the shape of last season and never this one if he desires to prove himself at Palace.

Prediction – Brighton win

Liverpool vs Manchester City

It may very well be a cracking game because each teams have been really poor defensively. They each have great players in forward positions, so I feel I’ll go for a rating draw.

Prediction – Draw
