WWE’s Roxanne Perez Reveals She Recently Had Surgery To Remove ‘Benign Mass’

It’s no secret that Roxanne Perez has spent the previous couple of months of her WWE profession working hurt. The previous Women’s Tag Team Champion was reportedly “banged up” throughout WWE’s Holiday tour in late December/early January, and was recently forced to miss an episode of “WWE Raw” as a result of what appeared to be an illness. Because it seems, it was something a bit more significant than thought.

In a TikTok video posted on Wednesday, Perez revealed that her absence from WWE wasn’t due to illness, but because she had been forced to go under the knife.

“I recently underwent surgery to remove a benign mass that was in my back, that was causing me a variety of pain for a few months,” Perez said. “But I just didn’t need to have outing. I truthfully love what I accomplish that, a lot. It has been a dream of mine to turn into a WWE superstar since I used to be ten years old. But our health could be very essential, so we’d like to place that first.”

Overall, Perez seemed to be optimistic in regards to the situation, revealing she had spent a variety of downtime relaxing at home while not having to take care of much pain. Nonetheless, while Perez tried to guarantee fans that it would not be too long before she returned to wrestling she was unable to supply an actual timetable for when she’d be cleared.

“Recovery goes well,” Perez said. “I haven’t got an excessive amount of pain anymore. It form of comes and goes. I will be back within the ring very quickly, Pop Rocksing everybody’s ass.”
