Manchester United will explore a move for Bournemouth star Marcus Tavernier this summer.
Rebuilding in midfield is a top priority at Old Trafford this summer but Michael Carrick confirmed last week the club are also taken with signing a left winger.
United allowed 4 wide men to depart the club last summer in Jadon Sancho, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford with Amad Diallo the one natural wide option within the squad, also preferring a task on the correct.
Matheus Cunha can operate on the left while Patrick Dorgu showed real promise in a sophisticated role on that side of the pitch before suffering a hamstring injury in January.
